Non-Top Rated Agency Feedback Removal

Hi there, 

Our agency (https://www.upwork.com/ag/ecombranding/) is NOT Top-rated but our freelance account (https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01cbbe210c4d04e2d3/) is Top-rated Plus. I have 2 concerns:

1. If I request a feedback removal from my personal freelance account, would it be removed from the agency profile too?

2. For feedback removal from both accounts (freelance and agency), should the agency owner request a feeback removal?

If the agency member is Top Rated and they need to access the feedback removal perk for their account they will need to take care of that process personally.
