Submitting proporsal

Hi, Upwork!
I have an issue with submitting proposals. When I'm trying to submit a proposal (on behalf of an agency) the submit button is not working and it appears an error (error [6dd63a714af178fa-MSQ, 6dd63a714af178fa-MSQ] or [6dd63ed048d278f7-SEA, 6dd63ed048d278f7-SEA]). I have already tried to clear cache, change browser and incognito mode, but it didn't help. 
Could you please solve it?
