As a Canadian business, we are required to charge taxes from Canadian clients.
The problem is that we're unable to do things the right way.
We can't add the taxes to our services, and we can't include our tax ID on the invoices (which clients who are charged tax needed for their accounting).
As a result, I just knowingly skip working with Canadian businesses.
I assume this is even a bigger problem for US-based agencies.
Is there any solution or workaround for us?
