Unable to update agency profile

I'm not able to update my agency profile (the save button remains disabled).

Hi Sandeep,

Thank you for your message. Based on the shared screenshot, it looks like the content in the overview box has exceeded the allowed limit of characters by 784 characters. Could you please try to keep your overview content within the allowed 3000 characters limit and try saving your profile?
