not getting option to edit rate per hour on my profile

can someone help and guide me in changing my rate per hour.

Thank you for your message. I see that your profile is set as an Exclusive agency member. The hourly rate for Exclusive agency members can be set by the Agency owner only. Please reach out to your agency owner to update your Upwork profile rate.
