"Add Agency Information Error"

I own a top rated agency on Upwork and has completed 100% profile, yet I am receiving an error notification, stating "Add information about agency to help client discover the profile"

i have clicked on it, edited few information on our agency but it is still the same.

Kindly let me know how to fix that.
