Adding Team Member to a Chat



I've sent the invitiation email to one of my employees. They've completed the sign up process, and I can see them as a member on my account.

When I'm in the Messages:


1. I can not add her to a Chat with a contractor on the same team

2. I can not add her to a New Chat - her name won't even appear.

Joanne this did not solve my problem. 


Additionally: I hade the new Team Member (Jordan) create a new Chat and add me. She and I can chat we each other here, but I can still not create a chat with her directly. 


She can not add other team members to a chat (like the freelancer I am trying to add to the group).


I then added the Freelancer to the chat from my account, the chat that Jordan created. 


The freelancer cannot see the chat, though it appears like I have added him. 


The issue is with Jordan's account.

They did not work. Same issue. Tried Edge and Chrome. Cleared cookies.
