Boutique Search: Not just using a single assistant

I think I would be best off working with a group or boutique agency, rather than a single freelancer, because some of my projects are recurring deadlines that will be a real problem when the freelancer takes time off or is unavailable because of an accident or something. Also, it would be nice to find a group with a range of skills so can spend less time posting jobs.

I was trying to search for such a group, but was not having much luck. Does anyone have good search strategies for this kind of group.

The main skills I need are Scribus layout for text and images, proofreading, and posting to Wordpress and Facebook. Similar projects come up that use related skills.

I also need help managing a contact database (not huge) and sending out offers and materials (not spammy).

It would also be great to get help with miscellaneous things that come up that can be done online, like researching a topic.

I have other needs that are maybe for other specialized groups or individuals, like overhauling my websites, designing some marketing materials, and clinical mental health research for continuing education programs. But if one agency did the hiring and managing instead of me, that would really be a time-saver.

Thanks for any ideas!

As far as I have noticed there isnt an option to browse the agencies/companies but only the freelancers working for them, the agency name its under "Associated with" https://www.upwork.com/o/profiles/browse/?pt=agency

To start up you can post a job looking for a project & hiring manager.

Expecting to find one agency that covers all those skills is asking a bit much.  A better route to go would be hiring an assistant and/or project manager who can oversee any freelancers you hire, whether or not they're from an agency.

Most agencies specialise in certain areas. Would be difficult finding all of that under one roof.
