Can't access Messages

Upwork delivers the following page when I try to access messages on Firefox;


An error has occurred while processing your request, please try again.

Error: {}
I can see messages in Chrome, but in Firefox I can only go to Jobs.
I've cleared cache and cookies.
Is there a fix?

I have a Mac.

This error only began 10 days ago.

Before then it worked fine for years.

Hi Support,

I'm still nowhere with this issue.

The instructions to fix it at my end are complicated, but I've done my best.

I am still unable to view my message in Firefox.
I have cleared cache, cookies etc.

This is what happens;


I tried to upload the HAR file here but your system removed it, also the console report that I saved in RTF format.



In Chrome it’s OK. I can access messages.
