Convert Freelancer Account to Client

Hello,

I am trying to convert my freelancer acccount to client but I keep getting this message for some reason. "Company creation is not allowed."

Should I close my freelancer account first to be able to have a client account?

Hi Abdulaziz,

Looks like you already have a client account created on your existing account. Please try to use the account menu at the top-right of your screen to switch between using Upwork as a client or freelancer.
