Create client account

I am a freelancer and I have been trying to create a client account as well. I have entered a billing method but when I go to "New Client Account", I get the error "You must set up your billing method before you can create a new client account." How can I set up the client account with the billing method I already have set up?

Hi Katherine,

Looks like you were able to create your Upwork client account. Please click on the icon in the upper right corner and switch to the client account. There you can add your Billing Method under the  Settings › Billing Methods.
