Did you guys block all of Eastern Europe?

I know you're legally obliged to sanction some countries, but I scrolled through 20 pages of freelancers and only saw 4 or 5 profiles from that region. They generally performed the best, and provided the best value even if they were a bit more expensive.

Overall, the quality of applicants has been lackluster this year. Constant mistakes after 2 weeks of training, missing work days randomly without notice, etc.

I'm working on a new project and fired the first hire, and about to fire the second.
