I’ve hired 2 freelancers and my checking account shows I paid both of them twice. $7, $7, $20, $20. Why twice?

I checked and it looks like you also sent some offers, please know that when you send an offer you funds the amount for the first milestone. Since some of the offers were cancelled, they were refunded automatically to you and it may take up to 5 days for the refund to show on your bank statement. You also have $20 currently in Escrow.
