Error Message when clicking on "Review & Pay"

Hi All,

 

This is my first time using Upwork.
My copywriter has finished their milestone and I would like to pay them, however, when I click on the "Review & Pay" tab, I receive an error message "An Error has occurred. Please try again later". See attached screenshot.

This is the 2nd day I've tried to pay him and am getting the error.

 

I've tried Mozzila Firefox as well as Google Chrome web browsers.

 

Any suggestions?

The issue is still not resolved.

Upwork support has let me know they are working on the issue.

I'm also having this issue on two different machines and three different browsers. Upwork suggested I clear my cookies but it did not resolve it. Please repost if this is solved. Thank you.

Anyone have any info for this yet? Tomorrow will be a week since I've tried to pay and have not been able to. My freelancer can't get started until this is taken care of.

Hi Jim,

 

This has still not been resolved for me either.

I ended up canceling the contract due to the error issue not being resovled in time.

 

I received the following message from upwork this morning,

"Hi Ashley,

I'm sorry for this inconvenience this has caused you.

Our Technical Support Team are still solving the issue.

Rest assured we will immediately update you once resolve.

We appreciate your patience for the meantime. Thank you for understanding!"
