Feedback removed

I hired a job on consultation and left an informative review for other customers.

I can see now that the feedback was removed. How is that possible? Customer base the decision on who to hire based on previous reviews and if the freelancer can remove any feedback they want, the review system is just not valid.

Please inform what is up.

For next removal FL must be toprated, wait 3 moths, complete 10 jobs.

It is singe way to remove feedback with lie from some terrible clients. Upwork won't remove anything.

Only Top-Rated freelancers can remove feedback. I think this is one and only best feature of upwork.
