Financial Hold

Hello,  

 

I paid the amount owed to my freelancer for his completed work.  Why do I have a financial hold on my account?  I can not send questions/or emails to new freelancers about work I need completed.

I can see that the team has shared more information via the open ticket you have with them. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon.

Thanks for your message back. 

 

I am not sure why there is a financial hold on my account when I have already paid my contractors.  I have additional work that needs done ASAP.  Please help me.
