I hired a freelancer for my job. After some days of working he now tell me he can't do this job. So I want to refund. How can I do this? Please help me?

Hi Nahid,
Since the contract is still in progress and no money has been released yet, you won't be able to request a refund using that function. You will need to choose "End contract" from that same menu. This will take you to another screen where you can leave feedback and request an escrow refund.

The full amount is now in escrow. I attached the screenshot. Can you please confirm me this is the option for escrow refund? Do I need to write the project budget on the "Other amount"?
