Full Time W2 Employee to Upwork Freelancer

I have an employee that I would like to switch over to Upwork. She currently makes $15 an hour. Considering Upwork fees, what do I need to raise her hourly wage to keep her total pay the same. Her main concern is getting paid less by switching from W2 to Upwork.

So upwork takes 20% for the first $500. So if you give her 20% raise she will be making the same. Of course as a contractor she also would be paying her own taxes, so not sure if you wanted to include that or not. After $500 with you she will pay 10% in fees and then after $10,000 she will pay 5% in fees.
