I agreed/accepted an offer from a freelancer. Set up my account, credit card verified, and when I go to to accept terms, the hire button is not active (shaded grey) - what am I doing wrong?
Please go to your account settings and choose the tab on the top-left, ''My Info''. Kindly try adding your address details, security question, and phone number in order to fix this error.
Additionally, please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?
