I recently hired someone on a fixed-price project, and escrowed funds. Later, work was not as requested, and I requested them to stop work, so I can assign it to someone else.
I told them I would like to cancel the project, which means he would have to refund in-order for the funds in escrow to be released back to me.
The freelancer says he refunded, and I see that money is no longer in Escrow. However, I have not received back the money yet. How much time (days) does it take normally for a refund to be credited back?
