How to make an offer to someone who rejected a previous proposal?

A freelancer rejected my proposal due to payment terms. He wants me to change it to fixed-price contract.

However, after rejecting the offer, he now appears in the Archived section and there is no way for me to make him an offer again.

Any way to fix this?

Hi Anrie,

You will need to invite your freelancer to a new job post so that the freelancer can send a proposal and receive an offer for an official contract. Thank you.
