I use Upwork as an Artist myself but I am in need of posting a Job myself now. But Somehow I cant Post a Job or creat a Client profil. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your message. You will need to create a client account from the Settings page before you post a job. Feel free to message us with the screenshot of the error message if you get the same error again.
