There is a dispute between me and freelancer about the time and content of the work, he can't provide valid proof of more time, but I can't submit the dispute in Upwork backend, which makes my rights get very lost.
As shown in the picture, I can't select to that contract and I can't find any Upwork staff to help me, I hope I can get some help soon so I can get a refund.

Hi Junchen,
Thank you for your message. I see that you hired a freelancer on hourly contracts and the contract was started and closed last week. All time logged on the hourly contract for the previous week is billed every Monday. Once you're billed on Monday an invoice will be generated as well and you will be able to ask for a refund on your contract. To learn more about this check out this help article.
