I want to review rejected proposals from closed contracts

On one of my previous projects there were a few freelancers that I want to revisit, and invite them to new projects. However as I did not give them the contract, I cannot see their proposals ( or even their names ). Is this possible? If so, where would I look?

I had assumed that messages between us would be stored, but I am not seeing them in the "Messages" section.

Sorry about that. Another way you find them is try searching for them using the title of the job. Hope this helpos
