Is it possible to retrieve all time entries from freelancers and contracts via API?

The titles says it all. As a client, we want to retrieve all time entries from our freelancers for each contract. So we can add them automatically to our project management tool for accounting.

Is this possible?

Thanks for the feedback, i requested an API key last week, but the status is still disabled. Do you know how long it takes for a key to get approved? Or do I need to take any other steps to enable it?
