Our client account has been closed and we have not been notified as to why.

When trying to log into our client account, an error message is displayed advising 'your account has been closed, please contact customer service', but naturally we're unable to contact customer service if we can't log in the first place. We're totally stuck here. Anybody have any notion as to why it might have been closed and how to get back in?
