Prompt to Login through gmail only, on opening gmail to login in it shows error

I have been trying for the past 4 days to login to upwork through gmail because the login page automatically redirects me to do so. Post entering my gmail account I am shown an error message that gmail sign in has not been activated for this account. recently I changed my regsitered email ID on Upwork. I have to pay my freelancer immediatley. Please get back to me on **Edited for Community Guidelines**
