Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that clients are not allowed to share one account. You may want to check Upwork's Terms of Service to avoid making any violations.
However, please know that you and your coworker can create separate accounts and add your coworker as an admin of your company. The Coworker Settings menu allows account admins with a verified business domain to automatically grant access to new clients, with the same business email domain, to join an existing company account on Upwork.
By default, these users will have the ability to post jobs and interview freelancers and agencies. If you'd like them to be able to hire and pay with your account, you'll need to select this option.
