Viewing proposals as a team member

Hi All,

I have been added as a team member by a client with the aim of being able to view proposals on a job posting. However, although I see the "view proposals" button at the top of the page, when I click to view them I get a message "You are not authorised to view that page". 

Is there some other setting that we're missing?
