WHY have I been charged DOUBLE!!!

Hi Scouty,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the confusion. But I've checked your transaction history and found that only $850.00 and marketplace fees have been charged to you. It also shows on your screenshot that the total payments were $850.00. You may verify this with your bank and let us know if you've been charged double. Please provide us with reference number/s in order for us to check the transaction.

Hello,

 

I write here because it apparently is the only way to get in contact with you as the chat is completely unhelpful! I have been charged twice. This does not show in the transaction history but it shows in my back statement. Essentially the system initially said that the payment didn't go through, while it actually did. I then had to cancel the credit card in the system and re-enter it. It then worked but I was charged another time. You cannot miss it because this is literally the first time I am using Upwork and I am already having problems (the charge was around $200)
