Why was my job offer closed?

Hello, I don't use Upwork very much, so I'm still getting familiar with it.  I've made a few posts as client, and have also closed a few on my own.  However, I haven't had any closed without reason on the site.  I tried to make one about 1 hour ago asking for agents to find students so I can expand my ESL company, but it was closed with no explanation a short time ago.  Could anyone explain to me what happened?  Thanks!
