Working for my company account and paid for that

I have my company. I want my husband to use his skills to earn for my company. I want payment for his work to come directly to my company's bank account. We both are in USA. How should we configure our accounts?

Does the word company refer to "agency" on Upwork?

You need to form the Agency on Upwork and Hire your spouse as a freelancer for your agency. Your agency need to have the proposal submitted and assign the job won to the freelancer associated with Agency. As a agency, you get paid from client and in turn you pay freelancer associated to your agency.

To get payment credited to your company account, you need to set the withdrawl bank to your comapny bank and go through the Upwork verfication process. Your company bank account must have you as a authorized person to operate the account (Your bank account name and the Upwork name must be same)..
