I have just posted a job and filled it- how do I message all the applicants to thank them for applying as it doesn't seem right for them to just see that they have been declined without acknowledgement and a short explanation.

I know not every employer would care about this but I am sure there would be quite a few who do!

You should have had at least an answer from one of the mods about this.

 

I am not a client so I can't help you, but I would like to say that I wish every client on Upwork was like you!

Jon - you are def. a good client ... and a good person.  I agree with Nichola - clients could all learn a valuable lesson from your post.
