red "interview in process"

I have invited freelancers to a job but a red "inverview in process" appears under their name in my message.  What does that mean?  Does that mean I will not be hearing from them?

Hi Judy,
No, It means you invited them for the interview and the process is on go. All the invited candidates may not respond. It actually depends on them. The freelancers have the freedom to check the client's profile and if they find it suitable they may respond to your invitation.

So, you must have patience and wait if anyone responds or not. In general, all freelancers try to respond within 24 hours even if it is a "NO".
