 After posting a job with a design brief, I received messages from a number of freelancers. I want to hire several of them to do an initial small project and to determine how many I could hire, I wanted an non-binding estimate of their fee. Clicked on message button but was advised I have to set up payment method first. Ok, so I did that. subsequently couldn't find same message button so tried the Invite button. I was now able to edit the default invite message but unable to send it to anyone. Have I transgressed some rule?
