Hey Jackson! If you want to be in charge of other humans you have to have 3 times the disapline over yourself. You will need to stop seeing people as an hierachy or authority staus means nothing. Just those two things alone will make you more confident. Confidence creates followers. Remember to be greatful and enjoy it all.
