Upwork team, your template is not funny. I saw this "unusually higher volume" an year ago, two years.

It works for one-day newbies but not for regular members. Maybe you can hire someone to create some not so stupid answer for all delays? Or one of the freelancers will offer you a more creative template here for free. 😁

They do have an emoji which waves at you on home page saying "Good Morning, Freelancer Name". Aaaaand, when your proposal is viewed by a client, they send a bunch of rocket emojis to your e-mail.

Sooooo, obviously they're investing in what truly is important.
They are busy, many more emojis to be created.
