I try to incorpate, streaching, yoga, PT all into my dail work sitting at my desk. some times standing. I have many diffrent chairs and even an exersie ball to sit on. Always be aware of your posture and your health. Haveing a routine for your body during long working hours will prolong your work ans state of mind to prevent burnout or injurey.

In general, I've been able to stay pretty consistent with yoga and swimming. However, I really struggle to stay on top of my PT exercises (very needed after over a decade of dancing and a knee injury.) How do you manage to stay consistent and not forget to do your PT?
