I'm clue less that I created 2 accounts under 1 email address. How can I delete my one account? How can I contact customer service to address this issue?

There is a "?" mark next to the "Bell icon" at the top of the home page. Click on the "?" mark, then click on the "Help and Support" option and address your issue.

Possibly not. Top rated freelancers have options for contacting support that are not available to everyone. But, it's likely that a moderator will stop by the thread and tell the OP what to do or take care of it for her.

Have you tried closing one of them yourself?
Go to your settings page in the account you want to close.
click on "Close my account" on the right about halfway down.
