my profile shows 90% finished it doesnt allow me to do anything im trying to schedule interviews please

Hi Erik, 

Many combinations can be used to achieve a 100% complete profile. You can check on the "Optional" tab in this help article to see what other sections in your profile you can complete to have a 100% complete profile.
