A client is having issues hiring me on his job.

Please I had this invite for a job some time back. I accepted and applied and after some days my account was suspended because I had to verify my account, and all my applications were withdrawn by upwork.

Spoke with one community moderator and he advised to me to resubmit my proposal. And when i do, the client writes back to me saying he gets the message "withdrawn by freelancer: job application is cancelled by upwork".

Please i need an urgent help on this.

The client can just go to your profile and click the "HIRE" button, it does not have to be in response to the proposals.
