A client hired me in about 3 months ago, she put the milestone in escrow, after that she didn't send me the material ( I'm a video editor ) to start work and disappeared after that a month I send her a message if she needs a refund and end the contract and she said that she will send the material soon she was just busy, I said okay and then she disappeared again and now Upwork ended the contract due to inactivity and I got a request to refund, should I accept it and give a refund or should I dispute ? ( btw I didn't make any work in that job )

Thank you for your message. Based on your initial discussion and agreement with the client, you can choose to either approve the refund request or dispute the refund request.
