A new suggestion for all the freelancers.

Hello, everyone.

We are all aware that Upwork's policy has changed. I realise it's difficult for many of us, but we must deal with this scenario.

I'd like to make a suggestion. If some of us band together and form a group, our chances of getting hired will increase. In this way, we may seek Upwork for assistance because it benefits Upwork as well.
For example, I am an MEP specialist, if a structural engineer, architect, and landscaping designer all join together, we may ask Upwork to direct the client to us as a group. It benefits the client because he or she has the opportunity to complete the project in a very short period of time. It is advantageous for Upwork because every deal is destined for this site.

Instead of squabbling, let's work together to find a solution.

It is already here. Add others to your network then apply with network team (if jobpost allow).

You can create a network, but you have to apply for the jobs. You cant ask Upwork to direct the clients to your group. Why should they do it?

There is an option for sending a team proposal if the job post allows it.
