Hello,
I have faceing a big problem about the client name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I have completed his job almost doing 15 hours. They offer the job amount is $1200 but completed the job they did not pay any amount otherwise, they want $50 for Telegram Short link fee. If I deposit the amount then they disburse my payment. Its confirm that they are fraud and cheating with people. So definitely I complaint about the client also his company to your team and requested that block the client for life time and they can not post any offer again. His telegram id is **Edited for Community Guidelines** and his mail address is**Edited for Community Guidelines**
Please consider the situation and request you block them forever.
Thanking you, Md. Moktadir Alam Khan

Moktadir:
This is NOT about the client.
This is about YOU as a freelancer.
Stop worrying about that client. You owe him nothing.
Focus on yourself.
You made a lot of mistakes in this situation.
It is your fault (not the client's fault) that you did not get paid.
This is GOOD NEWS.
Because it means that YOU HAVE THE POWER.
You can change how things turn out in the future. You don't have to rely on a client being a "good person."
Big mistakes that you made:
- Communicating off-platform before an official Upwork contract is in place.
- Working without a contract
- Discussing payments outside of Upwork
You should continue to ask questions here in the Forum until you fully understand what you did wrong.

You have contract started? If no then no reason for complaint.
Yes, he is scammer, you should report it.
But also you have ToS violation:
Never communicate outside before have contract, never work without contract.
