Hi, I'd like to know how long it takes for Upwork to reinstate my account after it has been suspended. My acccount was suspended last night due to a violation of Community Guidelines, which is obviously a mistake from my end. But I replied to the email sent to me from support with the confirmations needed and still haven't gotten a response yet. And neither can I get help from other support areas. It would be great to know how long the process takes or what else I need to do before it can be back online so I continue applying to projects with the Policy very well in mind now.
