Account Unaccesable

Hi 
After not using my account for two months I have noticed I cannot log in, getting the message that my email is incorrect. (It definitely is correct as I have all the previous UPWork correspondence there, and I haven't changed it)

I Had to make a new account in other to try and get any help, as the customer support chat is not working.

 

I have come upon a lot of these problems from different users, and I think its about time this website gets a better account recovery system.

 

Hope I can find some help here,
