I received an Account Violation email from Upwork but they are not responding to my request about specifics on what I violated. Apparently, I communicated outside the platform and according to the email, that's already considered circumvention. What's really strange is in the last 8 years, this is the very first time I received this notice.
According to your impersonal and wildly paranoid canned message:
"Trust is at the heart of the Upwork community and our Terms of Service are a critical part of creating and maintaining that trust."
So why does it seem that Upwork doesn't trust me either after 8 years?
