Hello everybody,
My account was 100% complete, and now it dropped to 95%. I saw it's a bug in the system, can someone please help me out with that?

You haven't given any tests. I think this might be issue for 95% completion.

Hi Shahar,
It looks like you need to can add a Certification to be able to complete your profile to 100%. You may also want to check this help article to know how else you can complete your profile.

Hi Shahar,
After taking a look at your profile it looks like you have one contract with no feedback and another with 4.7 rating. It is mostly likely because of that. You can always open a tickect with with upwork support to further verify.

Feedback has absolutely NOTHING to do with profile completeness. Shahar is not asking about her JSS.
Also, contracts without feedback, provided money has been paid under them at some point and they don't represent a large percentage of the overall body of work, has no impact on the JSS (not that the question was about the JSS...)

Did you "hide" the test result? They only count towards profile completeness if you display them. Take a test or two, that'll do it.

No, she does not need to do that. It is merely a suggestion and only one of several ways to add an extra 5%.
