Account not accepted

Hello, 

After submitting my account yesterday I logged back in to find that it was not accepted and provided a link to a support message but the link sends me to the requests page with no messages. I have no idea why it was not accepted and would like to speak to someone from support to get some clarity on this. I have no options to speak to support about this please advise.
