Hello Upwork team, My account has been suspended for several days now and I've already been contacted by one of your agents via Email to solve this issue, the reason to it was mainly because a family member logged into my account from a different IP address, with my permission. The agent I talked to had guided me through the steps of securing my account, and I've completed all of the steps, yet my account is still suspended. Can this issue be solved sooner? Thank you.
